- accepting the assignment could create a significant conflict of interest.
4. Responsible and Ethical Use of Services
GRCL is committed to maintaining high standards of research integrity, academic ethics, intellectual property protection, and responsible professional practice. Clients/Applicants must not use GRCL services to facilitate:
- plagiarism or unauthorized copying;

5. Use of Products and Deliverables
5.1. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, academic writing, research-support materials, examples, templates, analyses, and related deliverables supplied by GRCL should be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable institutional and academic regulations.
5.2. Clients/Applicants remain responsible for reviewing deliverables and ensuring that their final submissions comply with the policies of their university, employer, funding organization, journal, regulatory authority, or other relevant institution.
5.3. Where a deliverable is prepared from Client-provided data, references, documents, or instructions, the Client/Applicant remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and ownership of those materials.

5.5. GRCL shall not knowingly fabricate research findings or create false evidence. Statistical analysis and interpretation will be based on the data and information supplied or lawfully obtained for the project.

- communicating changes in project requirements promptly;
- reviewing deliverables within the agreed review period;
- providing necessary approvals or feedback without unreasonable delay;
- complying with applicable institutional, legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements; and
- using GRCL deliverables responsibly and lawfully.
Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, unavailable data, or changes in project requirements may affect delivery schedules and may result in additional charges where additional work is required.
7. Orders, Quotations and Project Scope
7.1. An Order becomes effective when the Client/Applicant accepts the applicable quotation, confirms the scope of work, and/or makes the required payment or advance payment.
7.2. Quotations shall normally specify the scope of work, estimated delivery period, applicable fees, revision terms, and other relevant conditions.
7.3. Work outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and may require a revised quotation.
7.4. Significant changes to the research question, methodology, dataset, sample size, analytical requirements, document structure, or other fundamental project parameters may constitute a new scope of work.
8. Payments and Fees
8.1. Applicable service fees shall be communicated to the Client/Applicant before commencement of the relevant assignment.
8.2. GRCL may require an advance payment before commencing an assignment. The amount and payment schedule may vary depending on the nature, complexity, and duration of the project.
8.3. Payments must be made through the payment channels authorized by GRCL.
8.4. Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees, currency-conversion charges, taxes, or transaction costs shall be handled according to the terms communicated at the time of payment.
8.5. Additional services requested after confirmation of the original Order may incur additional fees.
9. Revisions and Corrections
GRCL aims to provide deliverables that conform to the agreed project requirements.
9.1. Reasonable revisions arising from failure to follow the originally agreed instructions may be provided in accordance with the applicable service terms.
9.2. A revision does not normally include substantial changes to the original research objectives, methodology, dataset, structure, scope, or project requirements.
9.3. Requests that materially change the original assignment may be treated as additional work.
9.4. Clients/Applicants should submit revision requests within the applicable revision period specified in the quotation or service agreement.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
GRCL recognizes the importance of protecting confidential research, academic, institutional, and personal information.
10.1. GRCL will take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect confidential information supplied in connection with its services.
10.2. Client information shall not knowingly be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where disclosure is necessary to provide the contracted service, required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, or otherwise authorized by the Client.
10.3. Where external researchers, consultants, editors, statisticians, or technical specialists are engaged for a project, they may receive only information reasonably necessary to perform the assigned work.
10.4. Clients should avoid supplying unnecessary personal, confidential, or highly sensitive information where such information is not required for the service.
10.5. Where a project involves human participants, medical information, identifiable personal data, or other sensitive research information, the Client/Applicant remains responsible for obtaining all required ethical approvals, permissions, and consents unless GRCL has expressly agreed to provide such support.
11. Intellectual Property and Copyright
11.1. Clients/Applicants must ensure that materials supplied to GRCL do not knowingly infringe the intellectual property rights of another person or organization.
11.2. GRCL respects copyright, trademark, database rights, publication rights, and other intellectual property rights.
11.3. Ownership and permitted use of a deliverable shall depend on the nature of the service and the terms agreed between GRCL and the Client.
11.4. GRCL may retain ownership of its pre-existing templates, methodologies, frameworks, software, workflows, tools, and proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11.5. Third-party materials, databases, images, software, datasets, or copyrighted resources remain subject to their respective owners’ licensing conditions.

- alter data to obtain a desired statistical outcome;
- conceal scientifically relevant findings;
- fabricate references or sources;
- manipulate images or research materials in a misleading manner; or
- misrepresent the contribution of researchers, authors, institutions, or participants.
Where GRCL identifies a serious integrity concern, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant service.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRCL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of its services. This may include losses associated with:
13.1. telephone, electronic, hardware, software, server, hosting, or internet failures;
13.2. incomplete, corrupted, delayed, or unsuccessful electronic transmissions;
13.3. interruptions caused by circumstances beyond GRCL’s reasonable control;
13.4. loss or corruption of information caused by circumstances outside GRCL’s reasonable control;
13.5. delays caused by third-party platforms, journals, publishers, universities, government authorities, payment providers, or other external organizations;

13.7. changes in journal, institutional, governmental, or regulatory requirements after completion of the work; or
13.8. the Client’s misuse, unauthorized modification, or inappropriate application of a deliverable.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
14. Force Majeure
GRCL shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, power or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, major technical failures, labor disruptions, or failures of essential third-party services. GRCL will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Clients and resume services as soon as practicable.
15. Refund and Cancellation Policy
GRCL aims to resolve service concerns fairly and transparently.
15.1. Revision Before Refund:
Where a deliverable does not reasonably conform to the agreed requirements, the Client/Applicant should normally request a revision before seeking a refund.
15.2. Refund Requests:
Where a refund is considered appropriate, the Client/Applicant must submit the request within the applicable period specified in the relevant service agreement or quotation and provide sufficient information explaining the basis of the request.
15.3. Refund Assessment:
Refund requests may be reviewed by GRCL’s designated management or conflict-resolution personnel. The amount, if any, will depend on the circumstances, work completed, project scope, and applicable service terms.
15.4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Payments may not be refundable where work has been substantially completed, the Client has materially changed the project requirements, delays are attributable primarily to the Client, or the service has been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.
15.5. Payment Disputes:
Clients are encouraged to contact GRCL directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. GRCL will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate payment concerns.
Nothing in this section prevents a Client from exercising any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
16. Delivery and Deadlines
GRCL endeavors to meet agreed delivery schedules. However, delivery dates may depend on:
- timely receipt of required information;
- availability and quality of data;
- complexity of the assignment;
- client feedback and approvals;
- third-party systems;
- revisions or changes in scope; and
- circumstances beyond GRCL’s reasonable control.
Where a delay is anticipated, GRCL will make reasonable efforts to communicate the revised timeline.
17. Publication and Academic Outcomes
GRCL may assist with manuscript preparation, editing, statistical analysis, journal selection, submission preparation, and related activities. However, publication decisions remain solely with journals, editors, reviewers, publishers, institutions, or other independent authorities. GRCL does not guarantee:
- acceptance by a specific journal;
- publication within a particular timeframe;
- indexing in a specific database;
- approval of a grant or proposal;
- academic promotion;

18. Website Content and Third-Party Links
The GRCL website may contain links to third-party websites, databases, publishers, organizations, software platforms, or other resources. Such links are provided for informational or navigational purposes. Continued use of relevant services following the effective date of revised Terms may constitute acceptance of the revised provisions, subject to applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to GRCL’s principal place of business, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise or mandatory applicable law requires another jurisdiction. Any dispute should, where reasonably possible, first be addressed through direct communication and good-faith resolution between the Client/Applicant and GRCL. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue available remedies through the appropriate legal or regulatory forum having jurisdiction over the matter.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
22. No Waiver
Failure by GRCL to enforce any provision of these Terms at any particular time shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable quotations, Order confirmations, service-specific agreements, and referenced policies, constitute the applicable agreement between GRCL and the Client/Applicant concerning the relevant service. They supersede prior discussions or representations concerning the same subject matter to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a written project-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project-specific agreement shall ordinarily govern the relevant matter.
24. Communication and Official Notices
GRCL may communicate with Clients/Applicants through authorized email addresses, messaging systems, client portals, telephone, or other designated communication channels.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking relevant communications concerning their Orders.
Official notices concerning changes to these Terms or major service policies may be published on the GRCL website.

- appropriately attributed third-party resources.
Examples of external image resources may include platforms such as Unsplash, Pexels, Freepik, FreeImages, and similar services, subject to their respective licensing conditions.
AI-assisted or AI-generated visual materials may also be used where appropriate. If a rights holder reasonably believes that any image or other multimedia material displayed on a GRCL-controlled website infringes their intellectual property rights, they may contact GRCL with relevant information. Upon receiving a credible claim, GRCL may investigate the matter and, where appropriate, remove, replace, or modify the disputed material. The presence of third-party material on a GRCL website should not be interpreted as a transfer of copyright or other intellectual property rights to GRCL.
26. Client Complaints and Conflict Resolution
GRCL is committed to resolving legitimate concerns professionally and fairly. Clients/Applicants should first communicate the nature of their concern through an authorized GRCL communication channel and provide:
- Order or project identification;
- description of the concern;
- relevant supporting documents;
- applicable deadline; and
- preferred resolution, where appropriate.
GRCL may review the matter internally and may request additional information before reaching a decision. Where necessary, a designated Conflict Resolution Committee or authorized management representative may review disputes involving service quality, revisions, payments, or project scope.
27. Termination or Suspension of Services
GRCL may suspend or terminate an Order where:
- the Client materially breaches these Terms;
- required payments are not made;
- the Client provides fraudulent or unlawful information;
- the project requires unethical or unlawful conduct;
- the Client repeatedly changes the scope without agreement;
- continued performance creates a material legal, ethical, or operational risk; or
- circumstances beyond GRCL’s reasonable control prevent continued performance.
Where appropriate, GRCL will notify the Client and explain the relevant reason for suspension or termination.
28. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the GRCL website, requesting a service, submitting an Order, making a payment, or otherwise engaging GRCL, the Client/Applicant acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agrees to comply with the provisions applicable to their use of GRCL services.
