He is currently associated with THE Legal Edge, where he handles a diverse range of legal matters and represents clients before courts and relevant legal forums across Bangladesh. His professional responsibilities include drafting and filing cases, managing litigation proceedings, preparing legal opinions, conducting negotiations, and advising clients on legal and regulatory issues. He has particular experience working with financial institutions, banks, companies, and other corporate entities, where he provides legal guidance and supports the management of litigation and regulatory risks.
Beyond his private practice, Md. Rakib Hassan is committed to expanding access to justice. Through iProbono, an international initiative operating in Bangladesh, he provides legal assistance to underprivileged women and children who may otherwise face barriers to obtaining professional legal support.
