Position Overview
GRCL is seeking qualified and research-oriented professionals for the position of Research Consultant – Computer Science and Information Technology.
The selected consultants may contribute to research and consultancy projects involving computer science, information technology, software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, cybersecurity, information systems, networking, cloud computing, database systems, computational research, digital technologies, and related areas.
The role may involve research consultation, research methodology, data analysis, computational analysis, technical research, literature review, manuscript development, research proposal preparation, statistical or machine-learning analysis, interpretation of research findings, and other project-specific research activities.
Consultants may work independently or collaboratively with multidisciplinary research teams depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Selected Research Consultants may be responsible for:
- Providing professional research consultancy in computer science and information technology.
- Supporting researchers in developing appropriate research questions, objectives, hypotheses, conceptual frameworks, and analytical approaches.
- Advising on appropriate quantitative, qualitative, computational, experimental, simulation-based, or mixed-method research designs.
- Supporting data collection, preprocessing, cleaning, transformation, management, and analysis where required.
- Conducting computational analyses using appropriate programming languages, statistical tools, machine-learning frameworks, or specialized software.
- Developing, evaluating, or interpreting computational models and algorithms where applicable.
- Supporting artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, data science, and predictive analytics projects.
- Conducting systematic, structured, or narrative literature reviews related to computer science and information technology.
- Assisting with research proposal development and research project planning.
- Supporting questionnaire, survey, experimental, computational, or technical research design.
- Assisting with data visualization, tables, figures, models, diagrams, and analytical presentations.
- Interpreting research findings and explaining technical results in a scientifically appropriate manner.
- Supporting preparation, revision, and improvement of research manuscripts for scholarly publication.
- Providing technical and methodological recommendations during manuscript revision.
- Supporting multidisciplinary research involving computer science, engineering, medicine, biological sciences, business, agriculture, environmental science, social science, and other disciplines.
- Maintaining research quality, confidentiality, professional integrity, and appropriate documentation throughout consultancy projects.
- Communicating effectively with project teams and providing project-specific technical recommendations.
- Completing agreed project deliverables within the specified timeframe.

Project-Based Consultancy Notice
This opportunity is specifically designed for project-based research consultancy. The selected consultant will not receive a permanent monthly salary from GRCL under this arrangement. Payment will be made according to individual project assignments and mutually agreed deliverables. The project fee may vary depending on:
